Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, WhatsApp us at +971 553071538 with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll guide you through the rest.

Please note that the following cannot be returned: earrings (for hygiene reasons), items marked as final sale, and customised or personalised pieces.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
